Apple Settlement for iPod Nano Owners
January 28th, 2009 | by Gilbert Castro |This settlement covers any uncoated iPod Nano that were sold in September of 2005. These are the First Generation of the iPod Nano’s that have a black or white plastic front with a stainless steel back. Not all of the First Generation iPod Nano’s were uncoated. The ones that were coated were sold in December of 2005. You can find out if your First Generation Nano is covered by going to this web link.
All you have to do is put in the Serial number and also the control number if you have it.Â
Your iPod Nano must have experienced scratching that impaired you from properly using your Ipod. If you fall in this category, then you must complete and send you claim before June 10, 2009. If you do this, you will be compensated for your iPod Nano. If you do nothing, you will not be able to start a lawsuit, continue with a lawsuit, or be part of any other lawsuit against Apple about the legal issues in this case, ever again.
