January 25th, 2010 | by Yogesh.k |We are all expecting to see the “One More Thing”, the phrase that is pronounced by Apple CEO Steve Jobs at the time of unveiling the product. So, what will be the “One More Thing” Apple iSlate / iTablet or Apple iPhone 4G or switching to Verizon from AT&T? What will happen on 27th Jan in Apple press release? Whether the Apple would launch any product or only make an announcement related to upcoming product.
It’s been pretending that Apple would introduce the iSlate/iTablet, the mystery and for disclosing this secret gawker.com began the scavenger hunt competition, offering as much as $100,000 for real info that would prove that the Apple tablet is for real. Gawker offered $50,000 for a picture of Steve Jobs holding the tablet and $100,000 if the Gawker staff could play with it for an hour. And Apple response against this hunt, assuming that Apple has indirectly confirmed it that Apple is working on iSlate/iTablet or something resemble product.
Apple has recently been in discussions with book, magazine and newspaper publishers about how they can work together. And according to some buzz The New York Times may partner with Apple to provide content to Apple’s new tablet PC alias iSlate device.
Here is some rumors about iSlate/iTablet :-

- It’s powered by an incredibly fast ARM CPU
- It runs on the iPhone kernel.
- The internal model number is K48AP.
- There hasn’t been an updated iPhone OS build because there’s too much tablet-related code/references in the OS and Apple obviously didn’t want that to leak. Oops.
- The tablet is basically an “iPhone on steroids.”
There is also talk about the new iPhone 4G as well and it would be equipped with Dual Core Processor, OLED Touchscreen, 5 Megapixels Camera and Double storage capacity and a lot of other innovation will be seen not only in the hardware but also in the software. The company might come out with its 4g phone in May end or early June, 2010.
In addition to iTablet/iSlate and iPhone 4G another expectation is being consider that Apple and AT&T may end their agreement and Verizon will step in with Apple for iPhone 4G and iSlate.
So, what will be the “One More Thing?” For this just wait one more day.
