Ubuntu tablet coming tomorrow, MIGHT be HTC-made

Cannonical has released a teaser for an Ubuntu tablet that is coming tomorrow, the time lines up with HTC’s press event that is thought to see the reveal of quite a few devices including the HTC One.

Fommy has a wide range of HTC accessories available including HTC One X accessories from reputable brands such as Amzer and dreamGEAR.

A teaser released by HTC revealed a stand with multiple devices, each covered with a cloth, one of them being a tablet. It seems that Cannonical and HTC might be partnering up to release an Ubuntu powered tablet, which may come as no surprise considering Microsoft denied HTC of initial access to its Windows RT tablet OS. No word on specifications of any kind, but the tablet should edge up the competition as Ubuntu readies its mobile operating system for release later this year.

Official HTC One picture hits the internet

T
he first official image of the HTC One, previously known as the HTC M7, has appeared online and almost certainly is the real deal.

EVLeaks has been a solid source of leaks in the last few months so this shouldn’t be any different. The HTC One is expected to launch during HTC’s February 19 press event that is scheduled to be held in both New York and London. The device has been rumoured to feature a 4.7-inch display with a 1920×1080 pixel resolution, giving it a pixel density of 468ppi. Other features will include a quad core Qualcomm S4 processor, 2GB of RAM and a 13MP Ultrapixel camera.

The device does appear quite different from HTC’s previous offerings such as the HTC One X and HTC One XL, the spec sheet is nothing short of surprising either.
