iPhone 4S pre-orders sell out at all U.S. carriers

Those of you who didn’t jump on the bandwagon soon enough may have to to deal with some unexpected consequences. Pre-sales of Apple’s iPhone 4S have sold out at Verizon, AT&T, and even Sprint. The report cites information on each carriers website and shows that launch day availability is no longer active. Delivery estimates on AT&T’s website now sit at three to four weeks while Verizon Wireless shows an October 28th delivery date for pre-orders.

When it comes to Sprint however, it says that pre-orders are sold out for the 16 GB iPhone 4S, but orders for the 32GB and 64GB models are still available. The iPhone 4S also comes with plenty of new improvements to both the hardware and software, including Siri voice controls, A5 processor, 8-megapixel camera with an improved sensor, and refinements to the antenna which improve reception.
