Curve 8900 – Now Free
February 26th, 2009 | by Chris Speight |Just yesterday I reported that the new Curve 8900 was $50 on Amazon.com, I am proud to report that today you can get it for the new low price of… nothing at letstalk.com. Actually the device is $-0.01, so you make a tiny profit… but at that price the device includes a two year contract and an activation fee, so it’s really not quite “free” but it’s quite a big drop in 24 hours for such a brand new, hot device.
At this point, it’s almost suspicious how much the price has fallen so rapidly. Is this just another omen of a replacement phone in the near future? I think so.
