Nokia 5800 XM NAM, the phone with all the problems
February 27th, 2009 | by Chris Speight |It has been reported on a variety of sources that this phone has some problems. Ranging from faulty earpieces and speakers to poor or no connectivity. Some of these issues can be remedied by buying other models, but the other models often have a different defect (trading connectivity for speakers), making even trading your phone in for another a risky endeavor.
Although Nokia has respectfully and rightfully acknowledged these problems and has promised to remedy them. Although frankly I would have preferred instead that they promise to up the quality control on all products; past, present and future. The amount of problems this device is experiencing this early is a tad ridiculous. But regardless of the handsets problems, it’s still selling extremely well abroad, and hopefully the new handsets that our already on our shelves have already had these sundry problems remedied.
