Now that Apple has decided to release the iPhone 4S instead of the iPhone 5 like many were expecting, some are still trying to figure out if the next-generation smartphone is worth the upgrade. The 4S comes with the same design as the iPhone 4, but has an upgraded A5 processor, 8 megapixel camera, SIRI voice controls, and support for HSPA+. While this is great for those who love the design of the iPhone 4, many are disappointed by what’s being considered as minor upgrades to a device that is already a year and a half old. Although many were expecting the announcement of the iPhone 5, it appears Apple has decided to let loose the iPhone 4S onto the market instead. The 4S features the same design as the iPhone 4, but with upgraded internal components and additional features. It will also go for $199, $299, and $399 with a 2-year contract. You can purchase it on October 14th and pre-orders will start October 7th for AT&T, Verizon, and even Sprint. Read more
