With so much riding on the back of a merger with T-Mobile, AT&T is attempting to make its case heard loud and clear.  They claim that the acquisition would enable 4G LTE to 97% of the U.S. population, up from earlier estimates of 93%, and even create jobs and spark growth in rural areas.   AT&T filed documents with the FCC Thursday regarding details of the merger with Deutshe Telekom owned T-Mobile and hopes the files will help garner support for their plans.  If you’re still left in the dark about how the merger will affect you, then check out my previous blog entitled, “AT&T and T-Mobile merger, will customers benefit from a super-carrier?.”  You can also check out the full release below for more details.
