Returns

  1. Contact us via email (care@fommy.com) if you wish to return an item from your order.
  2. Mail your return to 7250 West 43rd Street, Suite F1, Houston, TX 77092. Please mail the item in original packaging. Boxes, manuals, etc must be intact.

  3. We recommend customers to use a traceable system for sending us their return package. We will not be responsible for any delay or loss of package in transit.
  4. Defective or damaged merchandise can be replaced within 60 days from date of purchase. All such products will be examined by our team members, and if found to be broken/defective, will be replaced.
  5. The exchanged/replaced product will be shipped FREE through Standard Shipping mode. 
  6. Moftware and its companies (Fommy.com and AMZER) have a NO HASSLE 60 day refund policy for all orders from the date of purchase. For quality issues beyond 60 days please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you!
  7. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
